Why Choose the Midnight Mandarins?
Easy to Play, Beautiful to Hear
The 10-note D Minor layout offers an approachable introduction to handpan music. The additional note expands your musical possibilities, allowing for more varied melodies and creative combinations as your skills develop. Its complementary notes make intuitive improvisation possible, helping beginners build confidence while offering experienced players more room to explore their own musical style.
Warm & Expressive Sound
Enjoy clear, resonant tones that blend into smooth, flowing melodies. Whether you're practicing at home or creating a peaceful atmosphere, the Midnight Mandarins offers an inviting playing experience.
Crafted for Clarity & Durability
Made from stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance and everyday durability. Each Cosmos handpan is individually tuned and sound-checked, with careful attention to tonal balance and note clarity.
Elegant Midnight Black Finish
The refined midnight black finish brings a sophisticated, distinctive character to the instrument, making it as visually appealing as it is enjoyable to play.
Choose Your Tuning: 432Hz or 440Hz
Both options feature the same D Minor note layout, with a different reference pitch.
-
432Hz: A slightly lower tuning, often preferred for personal meditation, relaxation, and solo playing.
-
440Hz: Standard concert pitch, ideal for playing alongside most modern instruments.
Neither tuning is inherently better. Choose the one that best suits your musical preferences.
