Refund & Return Policy

14-Day Free Returns

We want you to feel confident choosing your Cosmoshandpan. You may request a free return within 14 calendar days of the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible, a standard, non-custom item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Please handle the instrument carefully while deciding whether it is right for you.

To start a return, email info@cosmoshandpan.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once the return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions. Eligible returns have no return shipping fee and no restocking fee. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@cosmoshandpan.com with photos or video. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Exceptions

Custom scales, custom logo designs, personalized items, and complimentary gifts are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns cannot be accepted for damage caused after delivery, including new scratches, dents, impact damage, misuse, or improper storage.

Handcrafted Characteristics and Tuning

Each Cosmoshandpan is individually shaped, hammered, nitrided, finished, and tuned by hand. Small hammer marks, subtle surface variations, and minor color differences are normal handcrafted characteristics and do not by themselves indicate a defect.

If you believe your handpan is out of tune, contact us with a clear video of each note being played gently. We will review it and provide the appropriate return, repair, or replacement instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method. The refund covers the product purchase price. Original expedited shipping charges, customs or import duties, bank transfer fees, and currency conversion fees are not refundable. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
