Where we ship
We ship worldwide except India, countries in South America and countries in Africa. We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free.
Processing and delivery estimates
- Order processing: usually 3-7 days.
- Estimated transit time after dispatch: usually 9-15 days.
- Custom scales: require additional production time because they are made to order.
These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Invalid addresses, customs procedures, public holidays and carrier delays can extend delivery time.
Tracking
We email a shipping confirmation and tracking information after dispatch. Carrier tracking can take 24-72 hours to show its first update, especially while an international shipment is waiting for customs clearance.
Address and delivery problems
If an order uses a PO box or parcel locker, we will request an alternative address. If we do not receive a reply within 7 days, the order will be canceled and refunded.
If tracking shows a failed delivery attempt or return to sender, contact the local carrier first and then contact us if further help is needed. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, email info@cosmoshandpan.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +1 7472187008.
International taxes and customs duties
Displayed product prices do not include taxes or duties that may be charged by customs or postal authorities in the destination country. Customers are responsible for researching and paying applicable import taxes, duties and carrier fees. If a package is returned because required duties or taxes were not paid, the existing policy regarding non-refund applies.
Wooden products shipped to Australia
Because of Australian restrictions on importing plant products, orders sent to Australia cannot include wooden products. Complimentary gifts sent to Australia will also exclude wooden items.
